Found this 1982P quarter coin roll hunting! Grade?

    What are your opinions on the grade of this coin. My opinion would be MS66 but i am no pro. The field is almost completely clear of marks.

    I would venture 63-64 due to the luster and marks and dirty appearance on GW's face.
