Is my 2000 Massachusetts State Coin missing a clad layer?

    20171022_214033.png 2017-10-22 14-16-31.jpg Hi It seems I have a 2000 Maassaachusetts State Quarter missing its clad layer on its reverse. The front is shiny and isn't in bad shape, the back has no shine to it, just a dull grey/brown/yellow color.
