This is my only no cents liberty nickel- Stole this beauty for $10 This buffalo was also a steal- $5 (this is my only good buffalo)
I just came back from a coin buying trip to the San Diego area and found a few nice additions. Nothing crazy, but these were priced right to say the least!
A nicely toned 1947-S/S quarter, one of 3 Washington Quarters that I cherry-picked from a nice group lot. A circulated 1901-O gold $10 Lib . . . A PQ PCGS MS64 1938 Walker (OGH) . . . Another of the Washingtons . . . a 1948-S.

In an AU58 holder, and even more golden looking than I captured here. I think it compares pretty favorably with the MS64 that @ToughCOINS posted above (post #21510), but I'm biased, of course.
Im not a big fan of the Walking Liberty Halves but I will buy a nice one for my collection one day and I hope it looks something like this. I like the golden tone look on this coin!
I think you are the first person who has ever said this haha I'm actually a little relieved, there can't be a coin everyone unanimously likes I wouldn't like that
Finally put my Ikes in a book and discovered I was missing a 1976-D type 1. Well I got it now Got this next one because I didn't want to break open a graded coin to fill the hole.
I'm not gonna lie that really surprises me. I'll want one really good toned one and then i'll be done ha. I think that I don't care for them because I've never seen a high grade one and because it is the first half I ever received besides a Kennedy.
