New to collecting

    I have been collecting coins off and on since my oldest son was born and have been interested in it a lot more lately. Came across this where I work and I’m not sure if it’s currency or a token from somewhere but it has the same weight and size of a quarter. Any information would be appreciated, thanks

    It’s actually the same on both sides. That’s why I think it might be a fancy token from somewhere
