Back posting again. Had some other things going on, but I am back. This is my latest acquisition. Feel free to guess. Note—there is some toning on an otherwise White coin.
I'm going to say MS-64PL. I think that ding in the field below the chin holds it back from being a 65 as it's an otherwise very clean coin. Quite lovely.
What's going on around the E? Almost looks like some type of dip residue, but I'm sure it's not. I'll say 63PL, only cuz it's too chattered for my liking, along with the hit at the chin, and what looks like a scratch at WE in IGWT.
Hint—there are some fingerprints on the slab. There is toning, which complicates it a bit. No dip job— just a few small toning spots.
