Hey guys. Usually I dont have too much trouble in identifying RPMs, but this one’s stumped me. Merely due to the massive amount of RPMs on the date. I searched Wexler files and these ones resemble: WRPM-014. WRPM-015. WRPM-021 (Cross Ref with CONECA RPM-012). WRPM-031 (CR with CONECA RPM-016). WRPM-037 (CR with CONECA RPM-016). I also searched CONECA files and came up with these: RPM-020. RPM-027. RPM-030. RPM-036. RPM-038. RPM-041. RPM-045. RPM-062. RPM-068. RPM-071. Hopefully anyone can help me decifer it. I found it coin-roll hunting a while back just noticed the RPM. 1943-P 5C that is. Im thinking it can only be a P/P S, P/P W, P/P SW, P/P Ro CW, or maybe P/P Ro CCW. Sorry that was a lot lol. Thanks, -SC
Here's some RPMs to check . http://varietyvista.com/05 JN RPMs/1943PRPM020.htm http://varietyvista.com/05 JN RPMs/1943PRPM039.htm http://varietyvista.com/05 JN RPMs/1943PRPM041.htm http://varietyvista.com/05 JN RPMs/1943PRPM053.htm http://varietyvista.com/05 JN RPMs/1943PRPM057.htm http://varietyvista.com/05 JN RPMs/1943PRPM066.htm
Now I'm going to narrow those down . http://varietyvista.com/05 JN RPMs/1943PRPM053.htm http://varietyvista.com/05 JN RPMs/1943PRPM057.htm
Wow thanks so much man. If you wouldn't mind drawing in or placing arrows where you see the comparisons? On #53 the secondary serif looks a lot higher than on my specimen (also note the differences in bottom right serif, and bottom left hub damage). With all due respect I think you were right with #20.
Here's #53 and it's a perfect match . Keep in mind your is a very late die stage and Coneca is a early die stage ( stage B ) .
And here's the main spacing I'm talking about . I put a red line in the area I'm mainly talking about . And Here's again is #53 and it matches perfect .
Oh wow hat makes a lot more sense. So do these things match up? I like the lines you can draw on here, what program do you use?
The image program came with my laptop . Your coin is a very late die state ( could be like stage G ) not much left on the die . Only way to place a die state is to send it to Coneca .
It from the line of work, I did for a living . I built buildings for a living and reading blue prints really helped . I notice every detail, because of it .
