would anyone know how to tell if this coin is real as someone told me a lot of copies exist. its a Netherlands East indies ducaton dated 1739. this has a fluted rim offset to 45 degrees and it weighs 27 g which is about the right weight. Its just that the letters dont look very sharp and im suspicious

It appears to be a cast copy, looks like casting marks on the edge to me. And if the coins weighs 27gm - it's definitely fake. Correct weight is 32.7790gm.

i guess the weight of 32.779g will be the defining factor i will get a better set of scales.
