Absolutely correct. PCGS owns the images, so I could never sell these unless I got their written permission. As said this was done as a personal use project, which is perfectly fine. In fact here is what is listed on their TrueView image page.

Turn Your Coins Into Works Of Art
Given the high-resolution quality of TrueView images, you can upload your digital files to any of the many online printing companies, like Snapfish, Costco, Shutterfly, or Mpix to create wall art, cell phone cases, business cards, photo books, personal photo albums, or photos for documentation purposes. The options are quite limitless.

The coin images I used, did not have the PCGS TV background, they were all plain white backgrounds. They do offer the option from the TrueView page of downloading an image with the PCGS logo background, plain white background, or transparent background.

Already announced in For Sale forum. I had an 09 VDB Matte Proof in the calendar a couple years ago, so I won't repeat it for a while. Besides, I don't think I ever got my hands on the coin you speak of.

I'm a little surprised they don't offer graphic design help to do this, either through their internal resources or through Authorized TrueView Partners (something I just made up) that could take your images and make art to your specification. Saying the possibilities are limitless, while implying that they're limited by the capability of the person ordering the pictures throws a damper on expectations of what could be done.

Yeah, what they state sort of indirectly implies, that if you know what you are doing, the possibilities are quite limitless. Otherwise, you are limited to the product options that those online retailers offer. You gotta love marketing language.
