Are these Judea origin?

    I have two of these but trying to get oriented re: origin. Picture is of both sides of coins.

    Welcome to the forum, @Hagervator ! Interesting coin but it's not Judaean. The octagram on one of the sides has Buddhist origins but it could be from another culture also. I'll see if I can research it and let you know if I find any information.

    Awesome! I think @Steve66 has nailed it, @Hagervator ! Great detective work, Steve! The design is certainly too similar to ignore. The authenticity I can't comment on. An exact type would have to compared for weight. The edge would have to be scrutinized also.
