Got this item for my small size $1 bill collection: This one (AB block) was printed on "distinctive paper with a special finish." The (BB block) was printed on "special paper." [I don't have it yet.] The (CB block) was printed on "regular paper." [I don't have it yet either.] These three were part of the BEP's continued testing to find a paper treatment that would let the currency last longer in circulation. Nothing seemed to work and not too much later they gave up.
Very nice example with great eye appeal...the back looks naked without the motto. The deep blue seal and serial numbers makes this one of my favorite small size Aces.
