Is this a fake PCGS slab?

    BB, what I meant was I cannot find that "bulls eye" type slab on PCGS...

    What I was saying is the 4.0 you linked is a bulls eye in the picture. The lighting and the 2C coin being larger makes it harder to see. Look closely on the left side of it you can see the extra internal ring holder line the clearest there.
