close am 1974s?

    Im assuming it wouldnt have any real value either way. Just curious as to if its unique, or fake haha

    I will have to check some of mine also.
    I did a quick search on the inter webs,and saw plenty of misc reverses a couple Denver that had a close am, I figured that it was a proof vs Bus. strike.

    Die wear and/or polishing can make features further apart, it won't make them get closer together. I don't know enough about changes in the rev hub over the years to know if there were earlier versions with a close AM before 92
