A very interesting-looking coin, and issued/minted so very long before the "Resolution" and all that went with it, and who back then could have ever anticipated what the future would bring. The vagaries of fate and history are strange and mysterious indeed, and I love the fact that the progression of a country's coinage can be used in such a uniquely useful manner by way of documenting that.
