101 BC, Lucius Sentius. Those Italians sure can make some artistic coins, and do a great job on the horses. That was just for fun, now I post a 1927 Great Britain farthing

 

Been stuck here for 4 days, so I follow meself...1927 Australia florin, think it is a one year issue, commemorate the new Parliament House

The incredibly high degree of fine detail on the depiction of the Parliament Building is impressively exquisite!

 

Simply majestic and majestically simple; a double winner!

 

By leaps and bounds one of the very finest rider-and-chariot depictions I have ever seen on a coin.

 

Stylized perfection; I mean, just look at that Mercury head and the ship's prow!

 

1927 Great Britain, Mintage only 15,001, this is a proof coin which was circulated, according to what I read on Numista.

 

Still Great Britain or 1806 next,

 

This is either kind of way out there and/or neither here nor there, but I'll be darned if it doesn't almost look like the Reverse shows Britannia seated in a wheelchair. Strange.

 

Wow, that's a low mintage, and on a circulating Proof yet!

 

1902 1/3 farthing. Mintage 288,000, struck for use in Malta So next Great Britain or Malta or 1902
