those are some very nice finds!:thumb: i noticed you keep the S mints too. i made a list of all the lower mintage nickels awhile back that i keep. i keep the 1960,1961,1962,1965,1967,1968D,1968S,1969S,and the 1971 nickels. i figured since they switched the design around, these coule be worth something in the future. i usued to keep every 1970S i found, but there is just too many out there, so i don't keep them anymore.
I searches about 8 bucks in nickels a couple weeks ago. I think im going to get back into searching halves. Tomorrow I'll call the bank to see if they have any and i need to deposit some nickels too.

Rick - had to chuckle a little on that one - I know you meant 1938, 1930, and 1940 - did a double-take when I read it. All nice finds!!!
No biggie I picked up a 44P yesterday in a roll. It is in extremely rough shape and unfortunately it is one of the two silver nickels I already had in my album. Also found a 40, 41, 46, 47, 48, 51, 54, 57, 2 - 60's. All of them are already filled with better examples .
good finds ilove to open a new case of nickels but the other day at the bank they didn't have any sealed cases and gave me what some one turned in a 1943p 20= 1940s 25=1950s actually more than most sealed cases so dont limit your searches to just sealed cases .
