    nice one! i think mine is, but to say for sure would be lion..:p coins with lions 004.JPG coins with lions 001.JPG

    The only thing missing is the snake head at the end of the lion tail. Mine is missing as well

    Bidding with Stacks was often advantageous because they didn't include photographs of every lot but you could go and look at them in the store and thus find decent coins that others overlooked.

    Nice hemidrachm, Andres. I really like the cool infographic too. It reminds me of some books about monsters and Greek myths I read when I was a kid :).

    I've shown these three many times before, but not all together, I think.

    That's a great coin @Andres2! War and Peace. Peloponnesian Greek coinage has some very interesting types.
