How Many Exist?

I would not agree. It is singularly the one coin every ancient coin collector or history buff wants to own. If there were 20,000 known it would not be a large enough supply to satisfy demand. If I would ever spend six figures for an ancient, (not saying I would) this is probably the only coin I would consider, (assuming I was satisfied by someone as esteemed as Mr. Murphy that is).
