You know you may have a point there. We can start getting SEVEN year old coins into circulation. Given the numbers minted we should have enough to last us well past 2008. Just put them in mint sets and proof sets indefinitely. The mint makes money on those as well. Circulate the BILLIONS they've already minted. Supply and demand. Supply is high - demand is low but it still retains value of a dollar no matter what.
