that is super nice looking for a 64 I'll guess bought for 395 and sold for 395 because I'm the only one who read the white font
Bought: $427 Sold: $487 This one looks under-graded. From the pictures I would have guesses MS 65 or even MS 66. Did it look under-graded to you @Lehigh96 ?
I was trying to give you guys hints, look closely at the hidden message in white. This is gonna take it, the buy/sale price was $840 Gotta talk to the thread master about that, too much math for me I would have had no problem with that coin in an MS65 holder. It was one of the best of the Great Falls Collection, that's for sure. KSorbo, you are up!
I noticed, not the 1st, but the 2nd time i scrolled down. I had already guessed by the time i saw it. I thoight 4 sure that prices were waaay stronger in '14 than in '07. Maybe the buyer was a dealer
I bought the coin from Anaconda in 2007 for very strong money and sold it on E-Bay in 2014. FWIW, I think prices have dropped a little in the last decade, mostly because the premium is based on multiples of the price guide which is highly dependent upon the price of silver for common date Morgan Dollars.

While we wait, how about another popular collection? Note: points only for the winner (for now, this is not for posting privileges). What did this Morgan sell for? Guide is $50-$60
$100 No idea if the pedigree adds value. I have seen dealers ask 2x bid for similiar and such. I do like a good story that goes with a coin, adds a nice touch imo
