Some of you may have heard of Forrest Fenn and his story of the hidden treasure chest (video below). After surviving cancer, he thought hard about his legacy and reportedly stashed away 42 pounds of treasure - gold coins, most of which are US gold eagles and double eagles, some Middle Eastern gold coins, gold nuggets, and even Sitting Bull's Pipe! The treasure is estimated to be worth $2 million plus! Apparently, all of the necessary clues to the location of the hidden treasure are found in his poem, within his memoir, "The Thrill of the Chase". Any takers?
I remember reading something about how a lot of people were asking him to reconsider because so many people have died searching for it.
Ya the State Of Montana where it is supposedly hidden wants him to call it off because so many people have died.
BlackBeard, so courageous and you aren't interested? I have always had a great time searching for gold. I haven't found much, but it was all fun. Used to have a mini dredge and found lots of flower gold in Michigan - worthless, but fun.
