Just got my first gold note at face value.

    Yeah that note will barely scrape above face - common district, and condition mean you won't profit selling that note except face to face, forget eBay. It's even alot of money to tie up just as face value for that.

    I can see it is FRN but it says:
    Redeemable in gold on demand.
    So $125 then.
