The girl at customer service audibly groaned when I told her the problem. Online the cert number says XF details, damage. But the coin arrived today in a XF40 holder. They're paying for me to send it back to them so they can decide whether it is damaged or not. Yeah, except if I sold it, the cert number would never match the condition... I paid $40 for the coin, plus the economy fee.
The problem is...if you ever go to sell it and someone looks in the online lookup it will create an issue.
I know these are cell phone pics, but there isn't a thing in the world wrong with this coin. This is what a coin this old SHOULD look like.
On the bright side from my phone it sure looks like the label is correct and they messed up the online Cert instead
Just from a cursory look at the images you provided it doesn't appear to have any noteworthy damage. Hopefully the online database is incorrect!
