Where's Ed been lately? Last post was 10/11. He kind of made it interesting in an annoying way.

In Aruba, shopping for a new laptop, because he can't see coins properly on his circa 1997 cell phone.

I like the well worn Morgans too...I might consider sbumitting the 82-P, but the others would look much better in a Dansco.

Grades are in and drum roll please.............

    The 1888-0 got a VF-20
(I was fine with any grade for this, this pretty girl is going into my collection)

    The 1882 got a AU-55
(Sad on this one, I think the cloudy haze really dropped this coin down, even after a acetone bath it would not get rid of it and without the haze I think it would of been mint state)

    The 1878-CC got a VG-8
(I was hoping for it to be a little higher but it was a free coin which will stay in my collection)

Total surprise of my submission is that I got free picture taken of the coins so go check them out to see if your thought changes after seeing their pictures.

@longshot was the closest one to the correct grades congrats!

Interesting, I believe everyone here called the 1888 at least a 25 or better, and the general consensus was a little better on the CC. I think they were a little tough.....

I feel like the CC could of graded VG 10 easy but I think they thought too much negatively of the reverse but most important part a coin is the obverse.

Yep. I was surprised at that one too. Often it seems that they give CCs the benefit of the doubt.

Shows how hard it is to grade by pictures......
