How often do those of you who search penny rolls find 1970-S and 1960 small dates? I'm trying to finish a collection of '59-'82 copper pennies from circulation and those are the last two I need.

70S - I would say that 99% of searchers have never found one.
60 - Probably close to the same but probably more than the 70S.

I've searched 486 boxes and countless bags and have not come across either.

Not easy to find. You will probably never find the 70S.

    70 S, never, 60 small dates a dozen over 25 years of a $50.00 bag or 2 $25.00 boxes a week.

Not sure if this is a small date, but I found this one today. Let me know if it is.

I think I have one circulated 60 small date Philly. And I had a bunch of
1960 large date, 1960-D large date and 1960-D small date that I released into
    circulation. Zero on the 1970-S.
Your coin is a large date the curl of the 9 is pointing down, not across.
And your LIBERTY is well struck.
