I went to an auction today and spent WAAAY too much money. But, I think I got some nice pieces. The best thing though, I got to meet Ardatirion. He's a swell guy. Here's my little haul. Whoaaa! Somebody dropped some serious bucks! It looks like you were shopping at a Wal-Mart with coins. Frank
I have an auction problem. The thrill of the hunt, you know. Do they have an Auction Attendees Anonymous ? Oh, I'm single, so no wife to answer to. My girlfriend supports my coin habit.
LOL I WISH ! She understands my passion for them and she also knows I only buy something that is a good deal.
Thank'ya kindly! And you DEFINATELY made out better than I. (Although, I did get a 2lb bag of foreigns that turned out to be 1/2 full with Nazi coins!)
I have a thread with the 1891-CC Morgan. I will have to take some more pics. Any requests ? I'll probly be taking pictures of the Bust Halves to get Bone's opinion on.
WOW!!! What a haul. You may want to check the 1957 Washington quarter roll for the type B reverse. Roto, could you please post a picture of the 1878-S Trade Dollar I've been wanting one for a long time but haven't one that's caught my eye yet. Lou
Unless the 1995 proof silver eagle is a 1995W - then post some pictures of all the bust coinage and the trade dollar. Lets go - get with it - I wanna see some pictures. Sounds like you had a good time.
Okie Dokie. I'll post a thread with the Trade Dollar. The rest will have to wait a bit though. My camera batteries are going dead.
