Did you have to make me see this? I was trying to go a whole day without jealousy, and you've ruined it.
Thanks, my wallet is now acting like a crack addict who's been dry for 3 day's and just watched his dealer get put into the back of a squad car!!
Oh man if I won the lottery, there would be alot more ms67s in there lol. I sold my type set I was working on to as they were xf-bu range and wanted to solely focus on one series,so for the last 6 months I've been slowly chipping away at the set. Whatever coins I had leftover from the type set I used as partial trade on some. The last two months would have cost me well over 4500 out of pocket if I didn't have coins to sell/trade. But in reality the out of pocket cost for me have been kept to a minimum over the last few months. Probably 1k out of pocket for coins and grading fees. Oh and layaway is a beautiful thing as well. I appreciate all the kind words. I have a few others on the way but in the meantime I am in saving mode. I would like to get a couple more harder to find dates off the list before I start buying the easier to find ones. Just hard to find decent new toners on the market, but that's half the fun itself is the hunt. Im saving my pennies to buy more pennies for the Baltimore show coming up.
Here is about two years worth of collecting so far, with the last year going really hard for the Wheats. https://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/ha...ulation-strikes-1909-1958/publishedset/148048
Bunches of gorgeous colors and coins in this set I see a few of Jeff's coins made it into your set. Can't go wrong coins from that pedigree.
I just so happened to message him randomly one day and he said he was selling,so I've actually done that quite a bit. To my surprise I've bought about 10 coins by just shooting the person a message from the registry page. You have got to love the internet because without it and without you guys my collection would just be boring normal coins.
