I always wanted an Athena Owl, but an Attica. I haven't been buying as much this year as I did last year, a new year with different life issues and looking forward to a better 2018, hopefully.
So I know this isn't the Athena/owl I long for but when I saw this in the last Agora auction it spoke to me. I had to outbid someone to get it and appologise now if it was one of you.
The centering and the over all condition was to me to good to pass up. A lovely coin in hand.
We know the history of Pergamon so not going to dwell on it, but wanted to share this coin with you all.

That is a sweet bronze owl. Well done. I know you want a tet, but that sweet bronze is nothing to be sorry about. It is a very pretty coin.

    Here is my Athenian owl.

And here is the only coin from Pergamon that I have, a tetradrachm.

    Thanks everyone

When I was flipping through the last Agora it caught my eye, I made it my target. I didn't even look to see who had already bid on it, just put my bid down and waited. The auction was postponed because of the hurricane.
However still looking for that budget tet to show its self, I'm some what patient.
