I can't tell if the fields look that way because they've been cleaned, or is it just normal wear? I'm interested in buying, but not sure if I should pay the full price. Azes II.jpg

Mine is similar but a different king, due to the different devices / lettering in the fields. Due to their age and condition from being pulled from a hoard, the ground, etc., virtually EVERY ancient has been cleaned. Personally, yours looks good to me.

What do you see that makes you think it was improperly cleaned?

    Looks Ok to me.

And as JA said, all ancients have been cleaned.

It's overcleaning that can be a turn off too come.

Just the streaks in the cleaner looking fields but dirt build up around the raised designs. I’m new so this may be a poor observation.

The streaks may be die polishing lines. I've noticed that the Indo-Skythians were fond of using some sort of coarse die-polishing material that left streaks on the die. Here is a tetradrachm, for example, with similar looking reverse fields...

I don't like the image and would probably be reluctant to buy that coin, based on that image. If I'm buying online and I don't get a warm fuzzy from the picture or know the seller than I wait. (Always exceptions though) Here are mine:
