Yes it is Ho Chi Minh.
After Vietnam became 1 country, it was one of the few commie countries left.

My Dong is so much smaller, older (1960's), dirty, green and wrinkled.

 

Don't feel too bad, there are many guys here who don't even have a dong.

 

I wouldn't post a picture of my dong on the internet, even if I had one

Not only that, but some guys have round Dongs and irregular shaped Dongs.

The 10 Dong is about the size of a quarter and the 5 dong is about the size of a nickel.
