Refer to my comments in your other thread. Same situation. I'll admit that's neat looking, but it is a privately produced modern novelty item with zero numismatic value and only the bullion value of the silver. If you like this kind of "made for TV" mass-market stuff and want it - go for it - but don't expect any resale value when you try to sell it later. It's a gimmicky fad item. Serious numismatists scoff at this sort of thing. That doesn't mean you shouldn't collect it if you like it, but it's the kind of thing kids collect, not grownups, if you'll pardon me for sounding snobbish. That being said ... OK, it is kind of fun looking. But i would never buy one for more than melt value. Ever.
It is worth whatever someone is willing to pay you for it. I would not give you anything for it as it is a damaged bullion coin in my opinion. It should be pure silver and coating it reduces its value because it takes extra money to separate when it is melted down
The enigma is why anyone buys them. Okay, I can think of one reason - putting together an exhibit of all the different ones you can find.
