Getting a second opinion from the crowd. I have a 1943 p steel cent that weighs in at 3.0 grams or 46 grains or more specifically 2.98 grams. since the standard is 2.7 grams or 42 grains and the tolerance is +/- .13% and my coin has a difference over .13% .07 or .10 is it out of specifications for us mint standards?

It would have to be very heavy to carry a premium.
Yours is a little heavy. It's worth about 10-20 cents.
