I can't really see wear. Maybe on the cheek. What I do see is lack of luster and a dull coin. Could have been cleaned.
I have Ed Woods proxy and he says AU-58. (Nice coin B man) Personally, I think all of these old silver coins have been dipped, or cleaned or w/e. If it was harshly cleaned it wouldn't have str8 graded. The CC's are always in demand. The pawn shops will pull the CC's but you can cherry pick the P's O's and S's if you know what to look for.
Yeah not really wear but does look like rub on the cheekbone and brow, and I agree probably dipped a bit heavy. You have it in hand tho. The toning adds a bit of appeal to me.
