    Working on a raw set and a slabbed set. This goes into the raw set.

    What would you give for a grade?

    MS-62 due to hairlines.

    I attribute about half of the hairlines to die polishing.
    I can see it going MS-63 and possibly -64.

    Yes, it was removed from the flip for it's modeling debut.

    the coin got a coupe rubs, I would say a technical Au58. A slider in my opinion, the hair lines are light.

    I'm at 63. Lots of hairlines but I still like the coin.

    Dear kanga and anyone grading this over MS-63. Take another look at the coin, start with the surface under "TRUST". Mint die polishing does not look like this - gray haze, with "halo effect" where the mechanical abrasion did not contact all of the surface. Next, when a coin has this many "continuous hairlines" it rarely even grades MS-63.

    Just :yack::yack::yack: an opinion.

    It has been wiped. There are hairlines in the coin, and I don't see much die polishing. They are easiest to see on the high points of the dress on the lower reverse. Once you see them there, you'll see them elsewhere on both sides of the coin. This would either grade low MS or get a details grade.

    Well, there goes my estimate out of the window. I have a tendency to not be very good at looking closely, and seeing the underlying eccentricities pointed out by both you (messy) and Insider. By maybe precluding this coin from an 'straight grade' OP's coin should fit very nicely in a 'raw set' (into which he has stated it will go). Apparently the fellow (@Beefer518) has an eye for such things too, and realizes the limitations associated with this specimen. Still, I might 'bite' (if offered the chance) if the price were right. :)
