I can't really tell if there's any doubling from the picture, I do like the die chip in the mint mark though.
A little beat up for me to give a solid opinion Mike but check on www.doubleddie.com to see if you can find a match or what markers Wexler gives to get a better idea. (If the markers are still visible enough).
