Pulled this one fresh from Circulation

I picked up some Eisenhowers from a bank this week and in the mix was this one.

Not bad for only paying face value. It shows signs of circulation, but surprisingly, there really isn't any damage to the huge, flat fields on this coin.

I picked this one up in a bag of 176 coins and not a single silver one (this one included).

Nice coin and I don't really like Ikes all that much. I would pay a buck for that one though!

I'm so much happier with my coin collection now that I only pay face value for everything I collect. I don't get to pick which gems I'll get this month, but I always get something, I'm always pleased with it, and I'm never disappointed at the price I paid. As has been said before, the joy of it all is in the hunt and now every coin I collect has a story behind it.

Very impressive. And I thought I was lucky getting a 1945-S War Nickel in my change last week. One thing I never get anymore, are any silver dimes or quarters. I used to find them while using slot machines in Vegas but sadly, the machines no longer accept coins; they're coinless slots and not much fun. If you win, a paper receipt comes out.

Sweet! It's not quite like holding a Morgan in your hands but I still love the feel of a heavy coin!!!
