First, welcome to the neighborhood! I think you are confusing this business strike from the Philadelphia Mint with the "No S" proof strike that was struck at the San Francisco Mint. There are several years from 1968 to 1990 when one of the proof dies, mistakenly, did not have the "S" mintmark. Chris

These are worth about 25 cents each since they are older and have the old wheat-back reverse. The rest are worth one cent each and can easily be found in circulation today. I hope this helps.
The wheat cents are not worth about 25 cents each. A dealer might give you a nickel a piece if they where not cleaned. Maybe 3 cents for the cleaned one.
