I received this link today, and though it might be a little interesting information on what some people that don't know what the U.S cent looks like. Some of you may have already seen this. Do you know what it looks like? post your results I picked the right answer http://www.exploratorium.edu/exhibits/common_cents/index.html John
Wow, geez, I chose the right one, but I collect cents so that wasn't a big surprise. Pretty neat though. Can't believe how many others got it wrong. Quite interesting. Phoenix
i'd like the people at my school to take that and see how many get it worng! i just can't believe how people don't look at coins and paper bills! :headbang:i see people all the time getting change and just throwing it in their pocket. then they put it in a jar and go to coinstar a few years later. i'm not suprised of how many people chose the worng ans:hammer:wer!
good times Wow, that was super fun. I like stuff like that. You know 'what's missing from this picture' and stuff. I feel so smart now! (Literally, I know something most citizens don't. Yay me!) I bet if you asked people which direction Lincoln is facing only about 55% of people would answer correctly. I doubt that I could answer correctly. I have serious dificulties with right and left. I saw a question on a game show about which side the thumb is on in the crosswalk signal. I got it wrong. (The link is to a picture, if your town doesn't have any pictorial signals yet, as I gather some don't.) After going through thousands of cents this week for work, it was simple. The only problem was the real design was 'A'. I assume it randomly places all the images for each user, but is seemed very un-SAT like not to have the correct answer in the middle. (Most common SAT answer is 'C') What letters did you-all pick?
That was an easy one. Have you ever seen the ones they do like that? Traffic lights, Statue of Liberty, etc...
