1998 P Strange color on obverse.

Note the strange color on the obverse of the one on the right.
Normal one shown on left.
Also the reverse of the one on the right is normal color.

What is this ????????????

Looks like typical circulation to me.

Let me ask you this: After you've searched hundreds and hundreds of coins, do you eat finger-food before washing your hands?

Of course I wash my hands before eating....If it was just dirt on the coin I wouldn't be asking the experts

 

The answer to this is the exact reason why I drink my dinner when roll searching coins! Saves the grease from getting on the coin, you just have to wipe off the condensation from the can/glass whatever your "dinner" comes in!

 

Well, I think you will have to wash your hands thousands of times in the future because coins are handled so often and they can turn all sorts of odd colors while in circulation.
