    The pictures kinda suck, but that coin has probably been cleaned, right? Looks like a lot of scratch marks on the obverse.

    It is not a matter of whether or not it has been cleaned but rather what it was cleaned with. This is a common example of a harsh cleaning that has destroyed a lot of the value from a very nice coin.
