    I recently bought 2 ICG graded common date $5 Libs from my lcs. I don't usually like to buy graded coins but he offered them to me at $10 over melt, which is what he offers raw coins to me for. One was graded ms 60, the other 61. Neither one was an "attractive" coin with any appreciable luster, and I could see wear on the hair curls on one of them.
