    Not my area of expertise, but it looks like a cast copy of a 15th-16 century Spanish coin. Ferdinand and Isabella maybe??

    Yes a novelty copy of a "Catholic Kings" Spanish coin. These copies are very common and are usually of the 2 reales size.
