It's not real. They would have to use 2 reverse dies at the mint to make that coin.
    That's not how it works.

OK thank you. My grandma had been going threw the coin jug and thought it was for real.

Which brings me to another question. We found a quarter that we're pretty sure doesn't have any copper in it. Its doesn't weigh the same for one and also we scratched the side and no cooper showed threw. Any ideas

l have nickel with 2 head, one side is 1999 and another is 2000 date, is it possible to be an error coin? Thank you

What is the date on the quarter?
And the nickel would had to be minted with a 1999 obverse die and a 2000 obverse die (which don't fit). Someone made that 2 headed coin. It didn't come from the mint like that.
There are coins that have 2 heads or 2 tails, but I think in all cases chicanery and unscrupulous mint workers were involved. Except in the case when a coin may have flipped over somehow during the process. Unlikely but possible.

I found this double headed 1963 Lincoln penny. Do you have any information about this? Thanks

Well, I have a two-tailed Indian Head cent. Seems slightly strange why one would want to make a two-tailed versus two-headed coin in the first place, but I supposed there are reasons people have for doing this. Obvious one is that when you make a two-headed one, you're left with the two tails. In any case, close inspection with a mag glass reveals nothing unusual relative to a normal indian cent, so will send it out.
