i think i am seeing someting. a couple months ago, i got a 1993 $20 bill A53519124B uncirculated from my boss. and just yesterday i got a $20 bill 1993 A04418266B uncirculated. it seems strange to get these in such great shape, and to get them from the same block. i wonder if an old strap of 20's is in the atm where my boss gets my money? it just seems strange.
An old strap would most likely be consecutives BUT you got something going on there coinlover. Get em when they come to you! clembo
It might be that your boss has a stash of $20's in the safe. Ask him if you can swap out new ones for the old ones?
In the last two weeks, my bank had a 1981 $20 and a friend of mine had a 1981 $20. Needless to say, I bought them both, but went home to make sure they were two different bills (in case someone spent it one me)...
