    A license to operate as a money transfer business. If you accept one form of currency and exchange it for another you need to be licensed in each state of your customers. The process is expensive in certain states.

    As he was accepting USD and returning another currency (Bitcoin) he was operating as a money transmitter without the appropriate licenses.

    Not sure if it's been mentioned yet but the 2017 Canada Toonies that glow in the dark are pretty cool, I believe they're actually a circulating coin too

    Its 9.2 mm thick, so about the size of a stack of 4 Morgans.
