How do you store coins?

    no big gray safe. weigh's about 1300 lbs. got it in NJ.

    A common myth is that the weight of the safe is sufficient to ward off would be thieves, but 2 guys and a lift gate are capable of getting that safe out of there in about 15 minutes.

    I would like to make one suggesting. Jack the safe up and put it on wooden blocks so the casters are off the floor. This takes little cost on your part (none if you can find the scrap wood) and creates another hurdle for anyone trying to get it.

    I use a similar safe (mine is a little over 2000 pounds) and I use the square boxes I get with the half dollar rolls to sort my collection out within the safe. I also have a jar of Desiccant in there too.
