From these pictures i cant be sure if it is BN or RB. It has a very clean shoulder area but the strike isnt the strongest that I have seen from a 1917 philly. Im gonna say 64 BN. Again it could be RB but i cant tell. I think for it to reach 65 the strike would have to be better. So 64 BN or possibly RB from me.

The coin is absolutely lustrous especially the rev.
Had album dust on it. And, paid a 64 BN.

This coin to copper collector would go AU because of the friction,
    Lapel, cheek, and forehead.

I feel this to be true, but it is absolutely one of the nicest AU Lincolns anyone will ever see. Quality is not cheap, and I could personally justify MS money for it. :)

There is also the consideration that minor inept handling since it toned might have resulted in the removal of toning which appears as "rub." It would be no surprise to see it return from submission in M64+.

The coin is raw, I would agree with the amount of marks and the weaker strike it is a 64RB.
