Justinian the Not-So-Great

I thought I had a coin of this guy but I don't, I have a Justin II.

I'll post that one I guess, poor pic of a poor coin.

Makes me wonder why they didn't just digitally remove his nose. That's what they did with Lord Voldemort's actor from Harry Potter (although in the series his wasn't cut off; years of dark magic turned him into what he looks like):

 

Man, that golden nose is scary. Reminds me of the movie Kingdom of Heaven where the king of Jerusalem had that face mask to conceal his leprosy.

 

Personally I think Justinian shouldn't have stopped with his nose...

 

Now I have to find a fourree of Justinian II with nose worn away as on my Basil II. Solid gold ones are hard enough but finding a nasally correct fourree could take a while.
