    King Nikokreon 331-310BC ruler of Cyprus
    Coin in same style as Macedonian AV Staters of Alexander III

    Thanks everyone for nice comments, now I am off to work.....I will post the second one tonight:):):):):):):)! I took on an extra 20 clients for lawn/garden service this year, hence working dusk to dawn. But in the end, I could afford to get an extra 40K in coins, still get the Winter off to play in the snow/ and enjoy this magnificent hobby. In a full 90+ hr week of doing lawn/garden work, I walk around 260+km./ which is great since I love food/beer;)

    And this is the reason why I like an EF over a VF for any particular coin. The engraver put time and effort into all the fine details in those wings. Here they are, a couple thousand years later, preserved much as they were cut. And you get a beautifully styled portrait on the obverse to boot.

    I'm not surprised you had to chase it, to get it.
