It was just an extreme that I was not seriously considering (did not think it was legal since it was not in my terms). I have the money, but a refund would leave me with less than I am confortable with as far as "just in case" goes. It was more of a joke about the extremes it seems it will take to get this guy's attention.
I wish he would just give me a simple message saying "I am busy. Hobbies are on hold for the moment."
Make sure the guy has not listed any of the coins he bought from you. If he has, he may be using the PO as a way to defer the return period. If the PO has it, he has not actually received the coins. This gives him extra time to shop the coins on eBay or any other online method.
He has not listed anything for sale in the past 90 days. Looking at his feedback, he has never sold anything on eBay.
I'm not sure what you said before editing, but this is certainly understandable, and I do feel for the predicament you're in. Hopefully whatever the reason or delay is, it will get sorted out soon. Do try to be patient, though; you never know what one is dealing with in their lives, and since most consider this a hobby, it's often one of the first things to go on the back burner when something more pressing presents itself. I wish you the best of luck.
I just checked my accounts. I have more money than I thought I did, so I am more confortable than I had implied at the beginning of this thread.
Thanks eveyone! My mind is more at ease now. I was just overreacting (as usual). Let's see how things turn out over the next week...
That makes sense.... And congrats! I'm genuinely happy that things are finally, and hopefully, looking up for you.
I travel with my job. Sometimes living in an apartment and sometimes a hotel room. I never have anything shipped to anywhere but my home (with the exception of a microwave plate that I broke a couple weeks ago). My little P.O. at home knows that I'm away most of the time and will hold my packages for sometimes several weeks. I wouldn't sweat it.
