Good news, Sallent. I pray for you and for all the other members who live there in Florida or who are on the way to this devastating hurricane.

Power is still out and I only just got 4g on my phone a couple of hours ago. Still very windy but the storm has largely passed. The street flooded in the middle of the afternoon and got to somewhat past my mailbox but like an hour later it greatly receded. A couple of leaks in the foundations but those have stopped. Thanks again for all the prayers and well-wishes and I give my own to those still being affected.

We are ok too. My neighbor at home says my roof stayed on so that is all I hoped for! No power and the neighborhood is a mess with trees and fences all down. Now I just need to get home.

Glad to see that many Floridian CTers are OK. I hope Bing is doing well too.

The eye of the wicked hurricane seems to be disintegrated. Hope everything will be back to normal, as soon as possible.

I hope @Bing checks in soon, I am going purple holding my breath. I know that Irma has been downgraded to a tropical storm, but he may not be able to get a signal or may be conserving his power to contact family and neighbours. I am glad that others have reported in and are safe. I hope your properties are not badly damaged.

Sorry for the delay. No power till just a bit ago. All is well. No damage or flooding, just a miserable 20 hours without power. Means no AC, no TV updates, no internet other than data on the phone and the battery was getting very low. Thanks for all the well wishes. Hope and pray everyone else made it just fine.
